Opening for \xe2\x80\x93 Lending Sales Experience \xe2\x80\x93 1-3 Years
Prior experience in Sales Preferred : \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience as tele sales representative in a BFSI sector who should have an experience in an outbound & Inbound Sales process with proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets. \xe2\x97\x8f Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
\xe2\x97\x8f Call handling as per defined standards
\xe2\x97\x8f Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding the customer needs & building positive relationships with customers.
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify prospective customers and execute the disbursement within the credit parameters and process of the organization
\xe2\x97\x8f Converting leads from Platforms into Loans by helping Ops team to receive all the required documents and ensuring completion of applications. Criteria: \xe2\x97\x8f Good communication skills - Ability to communicate in both Hindi and
English effectively \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work in cross-functional settings Job Type: Full-time Salary: 950,000.00 - 960,000.00 per month Benefits:
