Job Description

A sales team leader guides and motivates their sales team to achieve revenue goals by setting targets, implementing strategies, and providing coaching and training. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance, developing sales plans, mentoring team members, and analyzing data to drive sales. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to foster a productive sales environment and build customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership:

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales team. Motivate and lead team members to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, mentorship, coaching, and training to sales representatives. Set clear objectives and develop strong, professional relationships with team members.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue. Set and track individual and team sales targets, aligning them with company goals. Assign sales territories and build sales plans.

Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Report on team performance to senior management. Provide feedback and support to ensure professional development and target achievement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
