Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity
Train team members on banking products, sales pitches, objection handling, and customer engagement
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales conversions
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and banking process accuracy
Resolve team or client escalations in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with backend and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
Report daily performance, target achievements, and challenges to management
Maintain a positive, growth-focused environment for the team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably banking/finance)
Previous team handling experience is an advantage
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good knowledge of banking/loan products (preferred)
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Confident, disciplined, and sales-driven mindset
