This position is responsible for building and managing a capable sales team. The role includes recruiting suitable candidates, equipping them with the necessary skills, guiding them in the field, and ensuring the team consistently delivers on business goals in a compliant and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, select, and onboard new sales team members.
Train and continuously develop the team to enhance productivity.
Establish sales targets and evaluate progress regularly.
Conduct field visits to provide hands-on guidance and direction.
Organize review meetings to assess individual and team performance.
Maintain adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Acknowledge strong contributors and take steps to improve underperformance where necessary.
Requirements:
Graduation is compulsory.
1 to 4 years of work experience in field sales roles.
A track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
Strong communication, influencing, and team leadership abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales reports and drive strategic actions.
