The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and guiding the sales team to achieve business targets and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, people management, and sales expertise to drive growth and maintain the company's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure effective customer relationship management by addressing queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Maintain discipline, work ethics, and a positive team environment.
Coordinate with other departments (Service, Accounts, HR) for smooth branch operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Team Handling (Automobile industry experience will be an added advantage).
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
Target-driven with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
