Lead and manage a team of sales executives/counselors to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Guide the team in generating leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
Monitor team performance and provide regular training and motivation.
Develop sales strategies to increase student admissions and course enrollments.
Ensure proper follow-ups with potential students/parents to close admissions.
Maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other institutions for business growth.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Handle escalated student/parent queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Education
