Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and motivate a team of 12 counsellors to achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
? Maintain minimum 5% team conversion rate.
? Supervise counselling quality, lead follow-ups, and admission closures.
? Manage and grow online student communities across Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.
? Plan and execute webinars, contests, and engagement campaigns with the marketing team.
? Prepare daily Excel & CRM reports on leads, conversions, and ROI.
? Handle escalations or difficult cases calmly and professionally.
Skills Required:
? Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
? Strong command of Excel and CRM tools.
? Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues effectively. ? Proven leadership with sales or admission counselling background. ? Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused.
