Ecowell India is seeking a bold, confident, and experienced Sales Manager from a retail background who can lead and inspire the sales team. The ideal candidate should be capable of training new joiners, tracking sales targets, managing marketing initiatives, and handling CRM systems to ensure smooth sales operations and performance growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of all team members
Provide structured onboarding and product training to new sales executives
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and market expansion plans
Act as a strong team leader--motivating, guiding, and driving field performance
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
Handle local marketing campaigns and dealer/retailer engagement programs
Ensure proper usage and update of CRM for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting
Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection
Provide insights to senior management for product positioning and sales optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3-6 years of proven experience in retail sales or field sales
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Confident, bold personality with team handling capability
Ability to train, mentor, and drive new joiners towards performance
Proficient in CRM software, Excel, and reporting tools
Understanding of local markets, dealer channels, and retail operations
Preferred Skills:
Experience in appliance, electronics, or consumer goods industry
Hands-on with sales automation tools
Exposure to ATL/BTL marketing
