Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible

Sales Coordinator (HOD)

to lead our sales coordination team and support day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in

sales order handling, customer follow-ups, quotation management, and coordination between departments

in a

manufacturing environment

.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and proforma invoice preparation. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order execution. Maintain and update

customer database, order status, and delivery schedules

. Follow up with customers on

order confirmation, payments, and dispatch details

. Prepare and share

daily/weekly/monthly sales reports

with management. Supervise and guide the sales coordination team. Attend management review meetings and update on sales progress. Maintain proper documentation and filing of customer correspondence.

Required Skills:



Strong communication skills (English & Tamil) Proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, and Email communication

Good leadership and coordination skills Time management and problem-solving ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
