You will handle a small team, monitor their performance, support them on calls, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of
Sales Executives / BDEs
(phone & WhatsApp based selling).
Allocate leads, set daily/weekly targets, and review performance.
Help team members on difficult calls and negotiations.
Track follow-ups, enquiries, and conversions in CRM / Excel.
Ensure proper communication with existing and new customers.
Share daily and monthly sales reports with management.
Train new team members on product knowledge, scripts, and sales process.
Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive atmosphere in the team.
Requirements
Requirements
Experience:
+
4-8 years
in sales (pharma / PCD / telecalling / inside sales preferred).
+ At least
1-2 years
in a team leader / senior sales role.
Education:
+ Graduate in any stream (B.Pharma / B.Sc / MBA preferred but not compulsory).
Skills:
+ Strong communication in
Hindi & basic English
.
+ Good convincing and negotiation skills.
+ Comfortable with
phone-based selling
and high call volumes.
+ Good knowledge of
Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email
and basic CRM usage.
Personal Traits:
+ Target-oriented and responsible.
+ Strong follow-up and ownership.
+ Able to handle pressure and lead by example.
