Job Description

As a Team Leader Sales in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing inside sales team. Your primary goal will be to drive sales results, exceed targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the
organization.

Responsibilities:


Owning and executing all plans for developing business and achieving the Region - sales goals

Strategizing Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling up the business. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the team, for use in planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning. Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience. Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion Evangelize the product and personally help close deals Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives Provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
