Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of 4-5 sales executives
Assign daily leads and track follow-ups
Ensure individual and team targets are achieved
Support the team in counselling students and parents
Prepare basic daily and weekly performance reports
Coordinate with management for admissions and walk-ins
Requirements:
6 months -2 years of experience in sales (Education sector preferred)
Experience in handling a small sales team
Good communication and leadership skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management is a plus
