Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Team Lead - Sales

to manage and guide a team of

4-5 sales executives

in the educational sector. The candidate should be target-oriented and capable of driving admissions and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of 4-5 sales executives Assign daily leads and track follow-ups Ensure individual and team targets are achieved Support the team in counselling students and parents Prepare basic daily and weekly performance reports Coordinate with management for admissions and walk-ins
Requirements:

6 months -2 years of experience in sales (Education sector preferred) Experience in handling a small sales team Good communication and leadership skills Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management is a plus
Salary:

Best in the industry (based on experience) Incentives + Performance bonuses
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
