Coaching & Mentorship:
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, monitor sales calls, and provide constructive feedback to enhance the team's consultative selling skills and product knowledge.
Motivation:
Maintain a highly energized, positive, and results-focused team environment.
Operational Management:
Oversee the daily workflow, allocation of leads, and management of the sales pipeline within the CRM system.
2. Sales Process & Strategy
Data Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on key sales performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead quality, and speed-to-contact, identifying areas for process improvement.
Escalation Handling:
Efficiently manage and resolve complex student/parent inquiries or sales escalations.
EdTech Expertise:
Ensure the team is proficient in communicating the value and features of all courses and educational platforms offered by Triple i Commerce Academy.
