Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor and analyse team performance using CRM tools to ensure efficiency.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Handle client escalations, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
Prepare periodic sales reports and share insights with management.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in EdTech sales or related sectors.
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Strong understanding of
CRM systems
(HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
