Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage a team of BDE and drive business growth in the jewellery and electric vehicle (EV) sectors through Amazon. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, manage key client relationships, and oversee the execution of business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Junior Sales Associates to achieve daily and monthly acquisition targets.
Oversee field visits and phone outreach to acquire jewellery and EV dealers/manufacturers.
Ensure smooth onboarding of sellers and completion of all required documentation for Amazon activation.
Serve as the primary liaison between sellers and Amazon support.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure first-10 sales activation within 30 days.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and progress using CRM or mobile tools.
Report team performance, challenges, and achievements to management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic planning.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any field.
Preferred: Male candidates.
Proficiency in English language
Must have a valid driving license and personal vehicle for field visits.
1- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or e-commerce sectors.
Leadership or team supervision experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and mobile sales tools.
