We are looking for a results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our telephonic sales operations for our Ayurvedic eCommerce brand. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into customers, and leading a team of sales executives to meet monthly revenue and conversion goals. You'll play a key role in scaling our direct sales channel while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound customer calls for Ayurvedic products and wellness solutions.
Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales confidently.
Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase average order value.
Follow up with potential leads generated from ads, website sign-ups, and Whatsapp/CRM campaigns.
Track and manage leads through the CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
Monitor key sales KPIs - call-to-conversion ratio, order value, repeat rate, churn rate.
Generate daily and weekly sales performance reports.
Analyze sales trends and provide insights for campaign optimization.
Team Management
Lead and mentor a small telesales team (3-6 executives initially).
Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and track team performance.
Conduct sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Develop and maintain call scripts, rebuttal handling sheets, and FAQs.
Required Skill-Set
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of sales experience (telephonic/eCommerce preferred).
Must be proficient in Hindi speaking.
Proven track record in B2C telesales or call-center management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
