Job Description

:



1. Sales Target Achievement:

Lead the team to consistently meet and exceed financial services like tax, loans and insurance sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

2.

Team Management:

Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of relationship executive or sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maximize individual and team productivity.

3. Customer Relationship Building:

Foster strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs to tailor loan solutions effectively.

4. Lead Generation:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation activities, market research, and networking.

5. Performance Monitoring:

Regularly track team performance against sales targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

6. Compliance Oversight:

Ensure adherence to all loan origination guidelines, regulatory compliance, and ethical sales practices.

7. Data Analysis:

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, utilizing insights to inform sales strategies.

8. Sales Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and refine the loan sales process to optimize efficiency and customer experience.

9. Reporting and Communication:

Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.

1. Proven Sales Leadership:

Demonstrated experience successfully managing a team of relationship executives or loan sales representatives, achieving sales targets consistently.

2. Financial Product Knowledge:

Deep understanding of various financial services like tax, loans and insurance product, including eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions.

3. Customer Focus:

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively address customer concerns.

4. Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to customers, team members, and management.

5. Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.

6. Motivation and Coaching:

Proven ability to motivate and coach sales team members to achieve peak performance.

7. Compliance Awareness:

Thorough knowledge of relevant loan regulations and compliance requirements.

Candidates having experience within the financial services sector specially Insurance or Loans and Advances are preferred.

Prior experience in a leadership role within Insurance or loan sales team is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?33,000.00 - ?58,000.00 per month
