Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven and experienced Sales Lead with an EdTech background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring targets are met consistently. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, confidence in communication, and the ability to manage a performance-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Drive admissions through outbound calling, counselling, and conversions.
Create strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
Monitor team performance and provide training/feedback.
Ensure consistent follow-up and closure of leads.
Maintain accurate sales reports and communicate with management.
Requirements
Proven 3-6 years of experience in EdTech sales, with at least 3 year in a team lead role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure.
Comfortable with 6-day work schedule (Monday or Wednesday off)
