Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to meet individual and team revenue targets.
Develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies to accelerate business growth.
Track, measure, and optimise team performance using CRM tools.
Organise ongoing training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Address client escalations professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to the management team.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech sales or a related industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment.
