Lead the team to consistently meet and exceed financial services like tax, loans and insurance sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of relationship executive or sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maximize individual and team productivity.
3. Customer Relationship Building:
Foster strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs to tailor loan solutions effectively.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation activities, market research, and networking.
