Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to oversee and guide our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a solid background in sales, and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day team operations, coaching team members, tracking performance, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor sales KPIs and report on performance metrics regularly to management. Conduct regular training sessions and 1-on-1 coaching to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base. Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and builds strong client relationships. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions. Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on campaigns and feedback. Maintain accurate records of team activity and pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as needed. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Skills:



Experience in [insert relevant industry, e.g., SaaS, retail, telecom, etc.] Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Strategic thinking and ability to adapt plans based on performance and market changes

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
