Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily calling and lead generation activities.
Track sales targets and maintain performance reports.
Schedule demo meetings and coordinate between clients & sales closers.
Ensure CRM data is updated and accurate.
Motivate the sales team to achieve monthly goals.
Conduct daily stand-up meetings and share progress updates with management.
Coordinate with HR and Admin for attendance, compliance, and discipline tracking.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-4 years of experience in
Sales Coordination / Team Management
, preferably in CPaaS or SaaS industry.
Strong knowledge of sales reporting, lead tracking, and CRM systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Incentive based on Team Target Achievement.
