Role Overview:



The

Sales Team Coordinator

will be responsible for supervising the sales team, ensuring lead follow-ups, performance monitoring, and smooth coordination between teams to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor daily calling and lead generation activities. Track sales targets and maintain performance reports. Schedule demo meetings and coordinate between clients & sales closers. Ensure CRM data is updated and accurate. Motivate the sales team to achieve monthly goals. Conduct daily stand-up meetings and share progress updates with management. Coordinate with HR and Admin for attendance, compliance, and discipline tracking.

Required Skills & Experience:



2-4 years of experience in

Sales Coordination / Team Management

, preferably in CPaaS or SaaS industry. Strong knowledge of sales reporting, lead tracking, and CRM systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation:



Fixed Salary + Incentive based on Team Target Achievement. Career growth to Sales Manager based on consistent performance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,482.58 - ₹55,187.18 per month

Work Location: In person
