Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth sales experience.
Provide basic system support and manage in - shop sales tools and Toillion software.
Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills to enhance customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-friendly shop environment.
Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing showroom display.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0 - 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Administrative roles (freshers are welcome).
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic computer / system knowledge.
Good communication and presentation abilities.
