Role Summary



We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Sales & Supportive Executive

to join our team at Zamorin Decorate Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This role combines customer engagement, system support, and sales administration to provide a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with customers, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth sales experience. Provide basic system support and manage in - shop sales tools and Toillion software. Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills to enhance customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-friendly shop environment. Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing showroom display.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0 - 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Administrative roles (freshers are welcome). Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills. Basic computer / system knowledge. Good communication and presentation abilities.

Compensation & Benefits



Salary: Negotiable based on experience Benefits: PF & ESI Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
