Roles & Responsibilities


Conduct market research to identify potential prospects primarily in the US, UK and Europe geographies. Track and respond to RFPs/RFIs pertaining to the service offerings. Support lead generation through prospect profiling and segmentation. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote services and nurture leads. Prepare customized sales proposals/collateral, pitch decks, case studies, and service presentations. Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analytics. Identify potential competitors/service providers and pricing models for various service offerings. Support the creation and management of social media content (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

Skills


Should have critical thinking and analytical/problem-solving skills. Provide data-driven insights facilitating informed decision making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Having a continuous learning mindset and staying updated with industry trends. Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp). Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. * Familiarity with tools like Canva, WordPress, or SEO basics is an added advantage.
