Job description:
Role Definition: As a Sales Support your key responsibility shall be to achieve goals and maintain smooth sales operations. To manage orders, prepare reports, and maintain customer databases. Also collaborate with other departments, handle inquiries, and support presentations.

Responsibility & Deliverables:
? Maintain missed order files and record discrepancies.
? Share quotes and pricelist files periodically.
? Attend inbound calls and inquiries.
? Maintained database of inbound enquiries (Name, contact number)
? Share client's feedback with the Team.
? Managing schedules, preparing reports and maintaining sales records.
? Coordinating sales activities with the sales team and other departments to ensure that sales activities are properly coordinated.
? Responsible for managing sales orders ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
? Handling client inquiries and complaints, ensuring that they are resolved promptly
? Prepare sales reports.
