About the Role

This is an international customer support and sales role.
Your main responsibilities include talking to customers, understanding their issues, guiding them with the right information, and offering relevant product or service recommendations. When appropriate, you may upsell, cross-sell, or close sales.

The job is entirely office-based. No fieldwork.

Salary Structure

1-2 years experience:

?40,000 - ?44,000 per month

2+ years experience:

?46,000 - ?48,000 per month

What You Will Do

Talk to international customers over chat/calls Understand their concerns and guide them correctly Provide accurate and helpful information Suggest and pitch suitable products/services Upsell or cross-sell where appropriate Close sales professionally Maintain communication quality and proper documentation
Training is provided before you start handling actual calls.
