Organizational Skills:

Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with sales processes, market trends, and customer segmentation strategies.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Inventory Coordination:

Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide insights to the sales team.

CRM Management:

Maintain and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Utilize CRM tools to track sales leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Order Processing & Tracking:

Manage the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Track order status and communicate any delays to clients.

Sales Support & Coordination:

Assist the sales team in daily operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and handling customer inquiries.The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. This position is ideal for individuals with 5-8 years of experience in sales or sales support roles, possessing strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate and organized sales documentation.

Qualifications:



Experience:

1-4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or related roles within the sales industry.

Skills:

Technical Proficiency:

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Customer Focus:

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in additional languages can be beneficial for dealing with international clients.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
