. You will be the
first point of contact
for potential international clients and play a key role in building strong relationships that lead to successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to international prospects and introduce company services.
Explain product features and benefits to generate interest.
Qualify leads and maintain an updated database in CRM.
Schedule demos/meetings for the Sales Specialists.
Provide sales team with timely support and follow-up on client queries.
Ensure professional, polite, and clear communication at all times.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales pipeline growth.
Share client feedback and insights with the sales and product teams.
Requirements
Prior experience in
telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement
is preferred.
Strong
English communication and persuasion skills
.
Comfortable with
Australian shift timings (rotational)
.
Target-driven with a positive and confident attitude.
Ability to handle client queries and objections professionally.
Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is an added advantage.
