Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Process Management & Administration? CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive) with accurateinformation on leads, accounts, sales activities, and opportunities.? Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread standard sales documents, including proposals,service agreements, and client onboarding sheets.? Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, andperformance metrics for the Sales Management team.
2. Proposal & Presentation Development? Proposal Coordination: Assist in developing customized client proposals, gathering necessaryservice details, pricing information, and standard attachments.? Presentation Creation: Create and format professional sales presentations, ensuring allmaterials are branded correctly and reflect the most current service offerings and valueproposition.
3. Team & Client Communication? Point of Contact: Act as the internal liaison between the Sales team and other departments(e.g., Operations, HR, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client-relatedissues.? Inquiry Management: Qualify incoming sales leads (as needed) and direct them to theappropriate Account Executive.
Required Qualifications? Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Administrativerole, preferably within the HR Services or B2B professional services industry.? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (orequivalent professional experience). Technical Proficiency
? Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & AI? Skills: Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
