We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team and enhance our sales operations, documentation, and communication processes.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and update CRM (Pipedrive) with accurate lead and sales activity data.
Prepare and proofread sales documents such as proposals, agreements, and onboarding forms.
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and pipeline forecasts.
Assist in creating professional sales presentations and proposal documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Finance) for smooth client delivery.
Handle incoming sales inquiries and qualify leads when required.
Support Account Executives by ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.
