Handle customer communication, order coordination, and post-sales support for medical equipment and devices. Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales, service, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer queries from hospitals and distributors
Coordinate orders, dispatch, installation, and service
Maintain CRM/ERP records and follow-ups
Support sales documentation and quotations
Track service requests, demos, and AMC schedules
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare preferred)
Experience in customer support or CRM role
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
