Sales Support Coordinator
with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team by handling documentation, coordination, client communication, and backend processes to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing and delivery.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and documentation.
Follow up with clients for order status, payments, and feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Support customer queries and escalate issues as required.
Ensure smooth communication between sales and operations/logistics teams.
Requirements:
Education:
Any Graduate
Experience:
1 to 4 years in a sales support/admin/coordination role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
