We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Software Support & Sales Executive. This hybrid role combines technical support responsibilities with client-facing sales activities. You'll help customers resolve software-related issues while also assisting in generating leads, converting inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Support:
Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
Guide clients through system setup, usage, and best practices.
Log and track support tickets; escalate complex issues to development when needed.
Conduct remote training and demos for new users.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Respond to inbound leads and inquiries.
Conduct product demos to prospective customers.
Understand client needs and suggest appropriate software solutions.
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
Follow up with leads and existing customers for upselling opportunities.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (technical background preferred). 0-2 years of experience in software support, customer service, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of software applications or CRM tools. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).
