Responsibilities & Qualifications: Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Support. This position will be located in our Pune Office.
A Day in the Life
  • Support our global teams with administrative tasks
  • Review and prepare data requests
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM to support Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Use Word and Excel to create a mailmerge document
  • Use Docusign to send contract to client setting up reminder notifications, change of signer responsibility, and expiration date
  • Track and update status, create notes recording client response and trigger follow-up needed by other team members in Salesforce on the opportunity level using tasks
  • Upload contract to renewal opportunity upon receipt and mark checkbox for new MSA on account level
  • Follow-up email to client, as needed
  • Additional similar tasks, as needed

  • MBA Marketing and Sales
  • 2 to 4 years of similar work experience
  • Knowledge or experience of SF ticket resolution will be an added advantage.
