Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Sales Support Professional for Bid Management function.
Job Responsibilities
Search for relevant Govt tenders on various E-procurement platforms and GeM and sharing the same with respective regions and Stakeholder.
Coordination with various internal stakeholders (Product Managers, Commercial, Service, BU, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Logistics)
Preparation of representation letters for Prebid and submitting them on E-Portal.
Arranging Technical & Commercial document, Preparation of document Checklist for Techno \xe2\x80\x93 Commercial bid submission and coordination with stakeholders.
Ensuring the transparency and completion of tenders with 100% accuracy in Techno Commercial Bid and to meet TAT for bid submission as per the timelines.
Registration, Updation ,renewal, Tracking of Tenders and submitted bids on E-portal of respective regions
Maintaining of Tender register, Central repository for cloud sharing of bids with other stakeholders.
Keeping a record of all the EMD\'s by maintaining a tracker and follow ups with the KAM/Sales colleagues for EMD return/refund & further cancellation of EMD\xe2\x80\x99s and guarantees.
Sharing of bid results at various stages with all stakeholder & maintaining repository.
To arrange Affidavits/stamp papers/Notarized documents for tenders and follow ups with global/regulatory for critical documents like MAF/Licenses/FDA and other important certificates required for submission in tenders.
Education and Other Qualification
Graduate with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in tender/Bid management operations.
Good working knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
