Hiring for Customer Service Executive (FMCG Background)

Location- Andheri East

Company- Manufacturing into Plastics Packaging

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in customer service or client servicing for FMCG clients, preferably in plastic manufacturing or packaging. Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain dynamics and service expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for FMCG clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, supply chain, and packaging teams at client organizations. Ensure all client documentation (POs, invoices, delivery notes) is accurate and complete. Liaise with internal teams (QA, production, logistics) to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. Address customer complaints related to product quality, delivery delays, or service issues.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
