About the Company
Position Overview
We're looking for a proactive and organized
Sales Support & Operations Coordinator
to assist our sales team with scheduling, communication, and follow-ups. This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between the sales team, clients, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads, schedule and set up appointments for sales team
Use CRM tools to track communication and update lead information.
Coordinate client visits and ensure timely follow-up
Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams
Answer client queries (pricing, invoice)
Track sales activities and keep records updated
Support sales leaders with operational and administrative tasks
Use GPS and mapping tools for efficient route planning across US, UK & Ireland
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment setting targets.
Weekly in-person coordination at our Hoskote factory
What We're Looking For
Min 2-3 years of experience in a similar industry
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
Comfortable working with sales leaders and international clients
Knowledge of GPS usage and basic logistics
Prior experience in sales coordination/admin roles is a plus
Flexibility to work UK hours
Self-starter with attention to detail
Available in Bangalore for 1month onsite training initially
