We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team. This role blends administrative precision with marketing and sales coordination, ensuring smooth operations across vendor management, document control, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Manage and maintain company records, including contracts, agreements, and internal documentation.
Oversee vendor registration processes, ensuring timely onboarding and compliance.
Conduct database mining to identify potential leads, suppliers, or strategic contacts.
Maintain organized digital filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Marketing Support
Create and distribute e-blast marketing emails using platforms like Linkedin, Apollo, or similar.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align database testing and database sorting for Sales.
Monitor performance reports and assist in reporting metrics.
Sales Assistance
Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on client requirements and internal pricing guidelines.
Support the sales team with follow-ups, client communication, and documentation.
Assist in maintaining CRM records and tracking sales pipeline activities.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Wanowrie, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
