Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and helpful manner.
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery issues, and general inquiries.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Work with internal teams to provide quick and efficient solutions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Ability to handle customers politely and patiently.
- Prior experience in customer service or support will be an advantage.
- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
