Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic Inside Sales Team. This entry-level role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our inside sales department. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with excellent proficiency in MS Office tools, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in sales administration and operations. Female candidates residing near Lokhandwala Township, Kandivali East, will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Documentation & Administration: Prepare, organize, and maintain sales-related documents, including quotations, proposals, and contracts. Accurately process sales orders, ensuring timely and correct entry into the ERP system. Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with client information, sales activities, and lead status. Data Management & Reporting: Utilize MS Excel proficiently to create, manage, and analyze sales data (e.g., sales figures, performance metrics, and inventory). Assist in generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review. Prepare professional presentations and summaries using MS Word and other tools. Team & Customer Support: Act as the primary administrative link between the sales team, finance, and logistics departments. Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and sales events logistics as required. General Support: Handle correspondence and schedule appointments for the sales management team. Assist in market research activities as and when required.

Qualifications and Skills



Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS, or related field preferred). Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a relevant administrative or support role. Technical Skills: Excellent command of MS Word and MS Excel is mandatory for data entry, reporting, and documentation. Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive attitude, ability to multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Locality Preference: Candidate residing in or near Lokhandwala Township, Kandivali East, Mumbai. Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred to promote diversity and fill a specific team requirement. Basic familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
