Hiring: Sales Support Officer (Female Candidates Only)

Kurikkal Carpet & Decor, Mankav (Near Lulu Mall Exit Gate), Calicut

We are currently looking for a

Sales Support Officer

for our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate will provide backend support to our sales team and manage customer inquiries from platforms like Justdial, India MART, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries via phone, Justdial, India MART, and social media. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations. Maintain excellent customer service standards through online communication. Attend incoming calls and assist customers with their queries.

Requirements:

Qualification:

Diploma or Undergraduate degree.

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills Good analytical ability Excellent online customer service skills

Preferred Candidates:

Female candidates only Must reside in or near Mankav, Calicut Immediate joiners preferred

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
