Job Description

The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team by handling administrative tasks, customer coordination, and documentation. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth internal operations, effective client communication, and timely execution of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups. Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for order fulfillment. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentation materials. Support marketing and promotional campaigns as needed. Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and deliveries. Ensure accurate documentation for sales contracts and agreements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or support. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of sales processes and documentation. Familiarity with ERP systems. Experience in [industry-specific tools or software].
