Plan and coordinate
exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events
in collaboration with the sales & marketing teams.
Ensure adherence to timelines, SLAs, and multiple target deliveries within strict deadlines.
Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
Act as a point of escalation for customer queries, resolving issues effectively.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/MBA (preferred) with specialization in Business, Sales, or related field.
5-8 years of relevant experience in
sales support, coordination, and team management
.
Strong knowledge of
ERP systems, MS Excel, and MIS reporting
.
Proven
leadership and people management skills
.
Excellent communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, manage high-pressure situations, and meet deadlines consistently.
Experience in
coordinating exhibitions or large events
will be an added advantage.
