Key Responsibilities:

1.

Quotation Development:

- Create and manage quotations for Client

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of quotations.

2.

Sales Support:

- Identify new business opportunities to meet sales targets.

- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales goals.

3.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

4.

Coordination:

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth processes.

- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal teams.

5.

Performance Monitoring:

- Track and analyze KPIs (quotation hit rate, sales growth, customer satisfaction).

- Provide regular feedback and insights to improve sales performance.

6.

Data Management:

- Manage sales data and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,086.00 - ?17,636.15 per month
