Role:
Contract Review.
Sending quotation to client.
Preparing job instructions.
Inspection co-ordination.
Preparation of inspection report - draft & final.
Co-ordination with clients & surveyors.
Work on drafts, finalization of drafts and provide final report to client.
Invoicing and payment follow up.
Skills:
Good people skills, a pleasant personality, and excellent English communication, knowledge of Hindi would be helpful. Should be able to use MS-Office and draft business emails. Experience in a similar role would be ideal.
