. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting IndiaMART leads, managing key client accounts, and building long-term B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound
IndiaMART leads
and convert them into successful sales
Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle: lead qualification, negotiation, closing, and post-sales coordination
Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, and corporate clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demos
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Track sales activities, maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports
Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
Upsell and cross-sell products to new clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
IndiaMART sales or B2B marketplace sales
Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills
Good understanding of B2B buyer behavior and sales funnels
Ability to handle high-volume leads and work under targets
Self-motivated, target-oriented and customer-focused

Lead conversion ratio
Monthly/quarterly revenue achievement
