Provide sales and business development support for the MEA region across specialty ingredients, pharma actives, food additives, cosmeceutical, personal care, health, and nutraceutical industries. Assist the sales team in achieving regional growth objectives by handling customer communication, CRM updates, and coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales managers in achieving MEA regional sales targets.
Assist in developing and maintaining distributor and customer relationships.
Handle CRM data entry, updates, and tracking of customer interactions.
Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer inquiries.
Coordinate with logistics for order processing, dispatches, and basic inventory updates.
Support in timely collections follow-up and documentation.
Assist marketing team with product promotions, digital campaigns, and preparation of monthly marketing reports.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry meetings to support the regional team.
Work with cross-functional teams (supply chain, regulatory, marketing) for smooth execution of customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and support documentation for product registrations where required.
