Job Title: Sales Support Executive - Ocean & Air Freight

About the Role:
KSM Marine Logistics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive with experience in Ocean Import, Ocean Export and preferably Air Import operations. The role involves providing backend support to the sales team, handling documentation, rate coordination, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and airlines for rate negotiations.
Handle pre- and post-sales activities including documentation and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations, and bookings.
Assist in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Provide timely responses to client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Sales Support / Customer Servicein the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of Import Ocean & Export Ocean freightprocesses.
Knowledge of Air Importwill be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?560,000.00 per year
