This position is responsible for entering, pricing and understanding domestic and international rates and codes and how they are used. This person will interact with suppliers to negotiate better rates, higher quality, capacity issues and trouble reporting. The person will also interact with customers to sell routes to them, negotiate pricing, produce rates sheets and obtain international and domestic voice traffic. You will build relationships with our partners. This person may support the sales team with additional responsibilities as needed.
Establish relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Negotiate rates with suppliers to obtain improved cost structures.
Negotiate rates with customers to obtain incremental voice traffic
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Email, excel, word)
Interact with a set of accounts on a daily basis in order to maintain and increase revenue.
Promote our routes in various ways (Email, LinkedIn, etc.).
Support Sales and other internal teams where needed.
Follow up on NDA's, Contracts and other documents as needed.
Assist in the opening or resolution of trouble tickets as needed.
Produce reports as required.
