We are seeking a proactive and highly communicative professional to join our team as a Sales Support Executive. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to generate sales leads, handle client interactions, coordinate with brokers, and support sales operations through reporting and software tools. This role focuses on lead generation and client management rather than direct selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate quality sales leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and relationship management.
Communicate effectively with brokers to gather and provide necessary information.
Maintain and manage sales-related data using sales software tools.
Prepare and maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports for sales tracking and performance analysis.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and support their activities.
Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on leads and client communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. (BENGALI, HINDI, ENGLISH Language must Known)
Proven ability to generate leads (not necessarily direct sales).
Client handling and relationship management experience.
Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools.
Ability to create and maintain MIS reports.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
